My name is Claire Gillespie
I'm naturally curious. I ask questions, notice things that don't quite add up, hear what's being said beneath the words and connect things that might not initially seem related.
I'll listen properly. I'll help you untangle your thoughts, get to the important bit and work out where your energy is best spent. I'll bring ideas and practical suggestions, challenge assumptions when it feels useful, and help you explore possibilities you might have dismissed too quickly.
Sometimes you'll discover that the answer was there all along. Sometimes we'll uncover a completely different way of looking at things. And sometimes you'll realise the idea you thought was a bit bonkers is worth taking seriously after all.
I'm not here to take over your idea or turn you into someone you're not. It's your vision, your business and your call.
I'm here to help you see things differently and give you the support, perspective and encouragement to make things happen.

I've never been very good at accepting that there's only one way to do things. Amongst other things, I've home educated my children, built the one and only Cardboard Shed and co- authored a book with 31 strangers. I'm used to following ideas before I had every last detail figured out. Not because I've always known what I'm doing. Quite the opposite. Because I'm curious about what might happen if we give something a go.
And I've seen what happens when people have the space to experiment, make their own discoveries and realise they're capable of more than they thought.
That's why I want to work with people like you.
People who care deeply about what they're creating. People with ideas, ambition and a desire to do something that matters. People who don't necessarily want to play it safe or do things the way they've always been done.

These longer, monthly sessions give you space to dig deeper, follow ideas through and keep making progress over time with someone in your corner who remembers the bigger picture and is genuinely invested in seeing you make it happen.
